1) Avoid exposure to sun between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM

Ensure that you avoid exposed to sun rays between 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM when the strength of the Ultraviolet rays of the sun are strongest. If you are outside during these hours then ensure that you find a cool area to protect yourself from the damaging rays of the sun.

2) Increase your fluid intake

Increasing the intake of fluids such as consuming fruits like watermelons, berries help in beating the heat of the sun in addition to protecting your skin. On an average it is recommended to drink about 3 liters of fluids every day.

3) Have a proper cleansing regimen

You should exfoliate regularly to help your skin look fresh even during the summer months. Due to exfoliation, all the dead cells are removed giving your face a youthful and fresh appeal.

4) Use Sun Screen

It is recommended to use sun screen lotion or cream to protect your skin from ultraviolet rays of the skin when going outside. Sunscreen having an SPF of 30 can be applied thoroughly to the skin every 30 minutes before leaving your house.
